  • 5 A confirmation will be displayed for you and also sent to your email if your payment was successful,your insurance certificate is also attached to the confirmatory mail.

NetPostPay is a secured payments platform integrated with a Merchants website to accept and validate web payments in real time via Credit/Debit Cards, Bank and Mobile Payments. NetPostPay through its multiple payment options allows merchants accept payments on their website or at bank.

What payment options are available to my customers?

Customers can make payments using Visa Cards (Local and International), MasterCard (Local and International), at bank and via the NetFunds Account

What is the cost of Integration?

There is no set up fee; Integration is absolutely free. However we do charge a nominal fee for every transaction made via the platform.

Can a merchant customize the payment page?

Merchants can customize the payment page using their colors and logos.

Do you offer customer support to end-users?

We have customer support representatives available for assistance by telephone or email on support@netpostpay.com

How soon does the merchant get confirmation after payment is made?

Once payment is made, the merchant will get an immediate notification.

Can NetPostPay handle recurring payments/bills?

Yes, this can be achieved by integrating our billing solution, NetPostPay, to the merchants site. With this the merchant can easily manage all recurring bills and also allow for installments.

What International capabilities does NetPostPay have?

Payments can be accepted through the platform in any currency supported by your card processor.

How secure is the customers credit card information?

Our system does not store customer card information.

What currencies are currently supported on NetPostPay?

Naira, USD, GBP and CFA.

How do I register for the NetFunds Account?

Simply go to the NetPostPay website and click the "Sign up now" button and follow the instructions provided.

How long does it take to activate an NetFunds Account?

Your NetFunds Account is activated within 24 hours.

Is it mandatory I use characters when choosing my password?
